Termz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's standard EULA.

- Use Termz to access servers or systems without proper authorization.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Termz.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to, the commands you execute, and the files you transfer using Termz. The app provides tools for SSH and SFTP access — you are responsible for using them safely and within your authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, credentials, and SSH keys.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Termz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every server or SSH configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Termz and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, server downtime, or security breaches resulting from the use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Termz at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Termz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
